Effective Ways of Saving Your Phone's Power

I know all of us are experiencing power shortage when using our android phone, especially when playing intensive games and using it frequently. So how can you make your phone last longer?

Here's some tips for you to save power and make your phone last longer.

1.If your phone is new, charge it until its fully charged.
- Yes, you need to charge your brand new phone until its fully charged. It's because it makes the battery last longer, not just power, also it makes the batt's life longer.

2.Turn the phone's brightness LOW.
-Well, I think all the people already know that phone's brightness is one of the biggest eaters of your battery's power. So you should set it low, but in the manner that you can still read or see the screen's display.

3.Make your phone sleep in just a short time.
-Setting your phone's sleep time to the shortest time possible will make you battery last longer and the longer your phone is up, the longer you can use it. Plus we don't know if there will be emergencies and your phone is on low battery, that will be just bad.

4.Don't use live wallpapers.
-Well, this is optional. People tend to beautify their phones and live wallpapers are the answer. But turning on live wallpapers can eat more of your precious battery juice. It's because the phone's CPU is used on the wallpaper to make it move or interact on the user's touch or whatever.  I suggest that you use DARK wallpapers.

5.Use a different launcher.
-Sometimes, stock launchers eat more battery power than third-party apps that you can download at Google PlayStore.

6.Kill some apps in background.
-Others say that app killers can eat your battery more because it uses more CPU power than the apps in background. Well, it's wrong. I recommend that you download Go Launcher EX because it has a built-in task killer that can free your RAM and also save your battery. Plus! It can make your gameplay less laggy.

7.Turn off unnecessary connections.
-Turning off some connections like bluetooth, Wifi, data connection, GPS and more can save a LOT of battery power. Just turn them off if they're not needed. Plus! it can protect you from virus attacks that might happen to your device. You never know right?

8.Disable the haptic feedback.
-Don't know what it is? Well, haptic feedback was the vibration your phone is making when you touch or drag something in your phone's screen. Disabling that feature can really save your battery.

9.Uninstall unused apps.
-Uninstalling unused apps and the apps that uses more CPU power can really save your battery and your phone's memory.

10.Desperate? Root your phone.
-Rooting your phone and installing a different ROM can really save more battery. Because custom ROM or Kernels removes or disables all the bloatwares or the unnecessary apps installed on your phone that keep being opened on the phone's background.
But be warned on rooting your phone because one wrong move and your phone is done. It will make your phone's warranty void. I suggest you root your phone when the warranty is over.

11.Buy battery extensions.
-Buying battery extensions lets you use your phone longer. The only thing is some battery packs can be bulky.

12.Minimizing notifications or just disable them.
-Disabling or minimizing notifications can really save battery because it minimizes the apps running on background.

13.Use Moderation.
-On all the thing you can do to save more power, Using your phone in moderation can really save your phone's battery. And it's the most effective way to conserve. But if you're a gamer like me, battery extensions will be a good alternative.
